Art. 2: Reguli de origine
Protocolul 4 se modifică după cum urmează:
1.La articolul 3 alineatul (1) şi la articolul 4 alineatul (1) se elimină trimiterile la noile state membre.
2.Anexa IVa se modifică după cum urmează:
