Work accommodation

We are a company that works in the field of construction and wants to rent more apartments to offer for the use of employees. In the rental contract, the parties are the owner and the company, but it is specified at the object of the contract that the house is rented to use as company accommodation to the employees nominated in the contract. Will the costs of these rented apartments be considered a benefit in kind for the employees?
