ÎNTREBARE

Question:

We are a Ltd company which interrupted the activity but we don’t want to liquidate it. We understand that we can suspend the activity at the Trade Register for a period of 3 years, but we do not know the tax procedure of suspension at ANAF. Please let us know what this procedure is.
