Abstract

The administrative jurisdiction in Romania is of ever greater importance because of the increasing number of conflicts to be solved in court, which facilitated and caused the creation of some bodies of Public Administration with jurisdictional powers. Even though, as we have already shown in some other situations, this form of jurisdiction, at present, in our country, does not represent more than a “Cinderella" of the Romanian jurisdictional system. Other actual solutions are certainly worth mentioning, since they also created alternative ways of resolving disputes, known as ADR.
