ABSTRACT

The legal volition in its structure is analyzed in the first part of the study from the psychological process perspective. The internal will based on free, conscious and serious reflection of the relationship in the form of necessities, needs, found in the substance of the determining motives, is considered in the intimacy of the links with the typical, invariable means of the category of legal acts through which the individual goals, found in the content of the case, are realized.
