Some special measures and methods of investigation and research applicable to offenses assimilated to corruption offenses

Abstract

Forensic investigation of the category of offences assimilated to corruption requires measures and methods of investigation and research which from a procedural point of view are essential and controversial evidentiary procedures in the criminal trial. The validity of the evidence obtained in the criminal investigation through the use of investigation and supervision measures is a subject of controversy in judicial practice.

The role of the judge of the preliminary chamber is decisive in examining the legality of the evidence adduced in the criminal investigation, in the case of offences assimilated to corruption offenses.
