Abstract

The rules on the guardianship of a minor shall apply also for the guardianship of the person placed under judicial interdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.

Given the annual report presented by the guardian and finding that the estimations related to revenues and expenses are accurate and reflect the reality, as confirmed by the guardianship authority of the City Hall, the court discharged the guardian from administration.

Rezumat

Regulile privitoare la tutela minorului se aplică şi în cazul tutelei celui pus sub interdicţie judecătorească, în măsura în care legea nu dispune altfel.
