ABSTRACT

The framework agreement related to work based on fractioned norm which was signed on te 6th july 1997 in accordance with the Appendix of the EC Directive 97/81/CE from 15 december 1997 related to fractioned norm nased labour signed by UCIPE, CEIP, and CES, especially provision 5 from point 2, should by interpreted as not oposing, in situations similiar to those from the main provision, a national reglementation based on which the employer can transform a fractioned norm based labour contract into a full norm labour contract without the employees agreement.
