The article surveys case law from England, the United States, Germany, Hong Kong, and other jurisdictions, analyzing how courts have resisted Russian parties' attempts to displace agreed dispute resolution mechanisms, and considers the implications for party autonomy, judicial comity, and the enforceability of arbitral and jurisdiction clauses.
