ABSTRACT

Suspension of the execution of the unilateral or normative administrative act under the terms of Law No. 554/2004 of the administrative content with subsequent amendments and completions, the judicial mechanism characterized by celerity, by increasing it aims to delay the effects of the products of the administrative act considered harmful to the rights and interests of the persons who legitimize themselves by issuing it.

Similar to the suspension of forced execution, in the case of the suspension of the administrative act, the effects are similar, if not, even relatively identical, essentially aiming to suppress the produced and future effects on the legal situation of the person obligated to the act considered harmful.
