Abstract

The practice of the Panel for ruling certain matters of criminal law changed over time the phrase "matter of law on the clarification of which the settlement on the merits of the case depends" into "matter of law whose clarification is connected with the settlement on the merits of the case" or even "matter of law whose clarification may be connected with the settlement on the merits of the case".
