Case law on public property rights

Abstract

The present material is a selection of the most relevant and topical case law on public property law offered by the High Court of Cassation and Justice in the period 2020-2024. It also includes footage of the meetings between representatives of the National Institute of Magistracy and the presidents of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and of the appeal courts on the same subject.
