ABSTRACT

The limited liability company drives around the legal system in an evironment where duet o several interventions and reevaluations have as goal the distroing of the concept itself - the limited liabiliality. This is the reason why in the new law context we have to rearange the role of the limited liability of the shareholders.

REZUMAT

Societatea cu răspundere limitată trece printr-o perioadă de reevaluări şi intervenţii în structura sa filosofică, care au ca şi rezultat golirea de conţinut a conceptului prin amputarea celei mai importante valori - răspunderea limitată. De aceea, în noul context legal, nevoia de redefinire a rolului răspunderii limitate a asociaţiilor devine o prioritate absolută.
