With the adoption of Regulation 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence, we are witnessing a historic moment marked by the European Union, which has developed the first detailed legal framework of its kind, while also contributing to the global legal landscape in the effort to regulate and effectively integrate technology across all areas of life.
