The Regulation of Extended Confiscation and Procedural Safeguards

Abstract

This study examines extended confiscation, regulated by Article 112of the Criminal Code, from a legal, doctrinal and jurisprudential perspective, with a focus on the procedural safeguards necessary in this area. From the perspective of substantive law, the analysis is synthesized, addressing the general conditions for ordering extended confiscation and its compatibility with European and constitutional norms.
