Abstract

This article aims to detail, as well as to clarify, without having the unrealistic expectation to be regarded as an exhaustively documented analysis, the considerable controversy among the published legal literature and the national jurisprudence under the former legislation and also after the entry into force of the new Criminal Code, caused by the issue regarding the criminal treatment of the intermediate plurality of offences applicable to individuals.
