Reflectarea activităţii de certificare a autenticităţii vehiculelor rutiere în legislaţie şi jurisprudenţă

ABSTRACT

The article presents the legal framework regulating the activity of vehicle authenticity certification, as well as the case law solutions for the application of these regulations.

The author takes into account the decisions of national courts interpreting the provisions of art. 12 and 13 of Government Ordinance no. 78/2000 as well as a sentence pronounced by the Court of Appeal in Brasov for the application of art. 21 of the Regulation for the application of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2002 approved by Government Decision no. 1391/2004.
