Summary:

The new Code of Civil Procedure seeks to structure a coherent system of review procedures designed to ensure equally prompt deployment of the civil trial, but case law and the right unit law enforcement.

In art. 443 of the draft new Code of Civil Procedure, adopted by the Romanian Senate version on 7^th of September 2009, is a listing ofappeals, as follows: ordinary way ofappeal is the appeal, and their means of attack are extraordinary appeal, appeal for annulment and review.

The appeal is governed Code of Civil Procedure newproject, as a exceptionally way to attack the art. 470-487.

With regard to appeal, art. 4 70 para. 1 of the Draft states that are subject to appeal judgments on appeal, the database, by law, without appeal and other decisions in the cases expressly provided by law.
