Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the institution of administrative-patrimonial liability of the public administration and its officials for material and/or moral damages caused by typical or similar illegal administrative acts, by reference to the relevant legal provisions contained in the Administrative Code approved by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019, as amended and supplemented, and in the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, as amended and supplemented, and to the relevant case law of the administrative courts.
