Protection of economic, social, and cultural rights: an approach from the perspective of the rule of law

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights from the perspective of rule of law and human dignity. It will be structured in four sections, as follows: introductory and terminological aspects (Section I); arguments to support the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights (Section II); a rule of law perspective on the justiciability of economic, social and cultural rights (Section III) and conclusions (Section IV).
