ABSTRACT
In the context of accelerated digitalization and intense competition for qualified human resources, organizations - whether private or public - are facing increasing pressure to identify and attract suitable candidates as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. In this environment, profiling in recruitment has become an almost ubiquitous practice, used to streamline selection processes and optimize the integration of future employees.
Profiling involves the collection, analysis, and interpretation of relevant information about candidates in order to create predictive models of professional success. The candidate profiling process has become a strategic stage in recruitment, bringing to the forefront a multidimensional evaluation of potential employees by analyzing their personal, professional, and organizational aspects.
