Abstract

In our study we addressed the notion of administrative research as the activity carried out by specially designated bodies to clarify the circumstances in which damage occurred and to determine any persons responsible and liable for the damages. We also analyzed the allocation decision defined as that unilateral act of the head, on the basis of documentation submitted by the relevant department, the identity of the person responsible for the damage or the goods or services received undue amount of damage and therefore claims or amounts to be returned, forcing them to pay the person. Finally, the commitment to pay the tax decision differs in that it is that act by person, subject of legal work, recognizes that due to the amount of money expressly provided therein and undertakes to pay.
