ABSTRACT

The traditional values of the rule of law will have to be reconsidered in the current context of globalization and artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence, globalization and the ideology of transhumanism are contemporary realities that propose a new conception of man, his social status, susceptible to affect the fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in constitutions and laws.
