ABSTRACT

The transformation of AI regulation into a geo-technological stake and objective of competitiveness between major economic blocs marks the process of crystallization and affirmation of artificial intelligence law (AIL) as a new branch of law and a novel scientific discipline. The creation of the European legal framework on AI established the related common law, with a model value and a stimulating role for the general legal development of the approach to the AI problem, based on risks and the search for a balance between values and ensuring innovation.
