Abstract:

Collective damage refers to the harm suffered by a group of consumers as a result of the same unlawful conduct by an economic operator. To address this type of damage, multiple procedural remedies are available, such as collective actions, representative actions, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. These instruments serve as efficient tools to enhance the enforcement of EU law principles and strengthen the accountability of economic operators.
