Order of the ANAF President pursuant to which the appealed decision was issued is entitled Order approving the new structure by county departments, divisions, services, compartments; this Order approves the organizational composition of the General Commissariat of the Financial Guard and of the county departments based on the maximum number of positions approved by GD no. 1324/2009, as amended, respectively the organizational charts related to these structures and the Rules of organization and conduct of the professional examination test for the public servants whose offices were subjected to reorganization.
