Summary

The arbitral tribunal may be composed by one or more arbitrators in accordance with the arbitration clause orarbitration institution rules that organize the institutional arbitration.

The arbitrator or, where appropriate, all referees vested, constitute the arbitral tribunal. The quality of the arbitrator may lie - that the arbitration agreement - any individual who is able to exercise full rights, enjoy an unbroken reputation and has a highly qualified and experienced in commercial law and international economic relations.

However, Art. 344 C. pr. civ.contains two limitations. The first concerns the fact that the arbitrator may acquire only one person and not a legal entity.
