Abstract

The court cannot be called upon to analyse the option of the competition board for a certain wording of the topics or to censor a competition within which the topics forced the candidates to make correlations between the provisions in the legal action to mention in the examination themes, as the petition lodged exceeds the scope of the court’s ruling authority.

Rezumat

Instanţa nu poate fi chemată să analizeze opţiunea comisiei de concurs pentru o anumită formulare a subiectelor şi nici să cenzureze un concurs în cadrul căruia subiectele au obligat candidaţii să efectueze corelaţii între dispoziţiile actelor normative menţionate în tematică, cererea formulată depăşind limitele în care instanţa de judecată are posibilitatea de a statua.
