Abstract

It cannot be stated that the damage found by ITRSV represents operating revenues, for the purpose of the above-mentioned provisions, as the challenged tax deeds show that no discharge from liability was made between the collective as injured party/owner and the forest district, and the operating revenues indicated in the text aim at recovered claims, which is not applicable in this case, since offence notices were drafted by the police bodies, finding that no illegal removals of trees were made from the forest, belonging to the appellant.
