Modificările legislative în autorizarea şi funcţionarea agentului de muncă temporară

Abstract

The need to amend the procedure for authorizing the temporary employment agency has occurred naturally due to changes in all the 11 articles of the Labor Code, republished, which sought temporary work agency, as a result of changes to the Law nr. 40/2011. Changes range from contract definition to the elements underlying the triangular relationship of this kind of labour is definitely the most modify chapter of the Labor Code.

On February 4, 2012 came into force the Government Decision 1256/2011 on operating conditions and the procedure for authorizing the temporary employment agency, which was repealed GD nr. 938/2004 which regulate the operation, and procedures for authorizing the temporary employment agency.
