ABSTRACT

The International Volleyball Federation ("FIVB") plays a key role in solving international financial disputes that arise between players, clubs and other entities affiliated with volleyball. FIVB's activity is governed by a series of specific regulations, which establish the procedural and legal framework for managing these conflicts, with the purpose of ensuring that disputes are resolved fairly and efficiently.

This article examines the critical role of FIVB in managing and resolving such disputes, by analysing the FIVB's jurisdictional framework, arbitration mechanisms, and case law.
