Entering a building in the inventory of public property: nothing or everything?

Abstract

Inventory: "List, catalogue, register, register, document in which are listed (and described quantitatively and in terms of value) all the goods that are, at a given time, in a household, an institution, a shop, etc." As is well known, the inventory of goods in the public domain has been and still is a constant in the main special regulations on public property. Thus, the notion of inventory of goods in the public domain was initially found, benefiting from an important identification (in relation to the total number of articles) in the Law no. 213/1998 and now, we find this notion in the Administrative Code, with a larger number of texts, which outline a more detailed regulation.
