Abstract

The achievement of the major objective undertaken by Romania with regard to carrying out the systematic cadastre and land register works for the ex officio registration of real estate in the land register also requires an analysis of the registration in the land register of the public and private ownership right belonging to the State and the administrative-territorial units, a land right subject to registration in special land registers.
