The offence of bigamy in the regulation of the new criminal Code

Abstract

The monogamy is a natural consequence of love, the essence of marriage, feeling that having an exclusive nature means that a marriage based on love can only be monogamous. Precisely for these reasons, shattering social values, based on the idea of (monogamous), impose sanctions. This is also the bigamy hypothesis, expressly regulated by the Criminal Code into force and the new Criminal Code, which means that the legislator remains consistent in terms of the horizon that any deviation from monogamy (whether bigamy or polygamy) is equivalent to repression of criminally.
