Abstract
The conditions of art. 31 para. (3) of the labour Code exclusively concern the existence of a written notice that the party that initiates the termination of the individual employment agreement should send to the other party, and the expression of the will for the purpose of termination of the employment relationships during the probationary period or the latest at the end of the probationary period.
If the employee is not under the performance of the same individual employment agreement, it is not prohibited to agree a further probationary period to fill a similar position to that previously held.
