ABSTRACT

The article deals, from the perspective of the new legislation on public procurement, with the cases of termination of the public procurement contract. Complementing the general legal framework governing the contract and taking over the specificities of administrative contracts, the termination of the public procurement contract acquires by the new legislative package a complex dimension and provides the premises of a good evolution in the conduct of procurement procedures.
