Abstract

Payments representing maintenance costs must be charged by the owners' association to the debts with the oldest maturity with their related ancillary costs and then to the one with the next maturity with the related ancillary costs and so on, and the imputation of the payment on a debt with a recent maturity. recent before the previous debits were fully repaid.

Rezumat

Plăţile reprezentând cheltuieli de întreţinere trebuie să fie imputate de asociaţia de proprietari asupra debitelor cu scadenţa cea mai veche cu accesoriile aferente acestora, iar apoi asupra celei cu scadenţa imediat următoare cu accesoriile aferente şi tot aşa, nefiind admisibilă imputaţia plăţii asupra unui debit cu scadenţă mai recentă anterior stingerii în tot a debitelor anterioare.
