ABSTRACT

The desire to create a balance between individual and societal interests was the necessary impetus for the creation of the state that became the mediator of the two perspectives, the singular one, of man and the collective one, of society, replacing the rules of morality with legal norms. From a structural perspective, the state is seen as a whole made up of a diversity of relationships, either of the same hierarchical level, recognized as the principle of cooperation, or on different hierarchical relationships, consecrated to the principle of hierarchical subordination.
