ABSTRACT

The article aims to analyse the impact of artificial intelligence and automation on the labour market. Artificial intelligence will influence almost all professions, but it will have a different role in each sector of activity. Following the study conducted, the conclusion reached is that artificial intelligence will affect the labour market in such a way that, gradually, some jobs will disappear or the demand for certain professions will significantly decrease. However, at the same time, there will also be jobs where artificial intelligence and technology will not be able to replace humans. In certain sectors, artificial intelligence will contribute to increasing operational efficiency, while in others, it could help address staffing shortages.
