ABSTRACT

The crime of bribery exists since ancient times. Despite its long history, it still poses a great number of challenges regarding its application. One of the most controversial issues revolves around the various forms of the crime. The case law on this topic varies, and the legal literature is divided as well. The aim of this article is to analyse the different opinions on some of the important issues.
