This paper explores the intersection of Environmental, Social, and Governance ("ESG") principles with investment arbitration, highlighting the increasing relevance of ESG considerations in legal and business frameworks. It investigates the evolving role of ESG factors, spanning environmental sustainability, human rights and corporate governance in shaping dispute resolution practices.
