Abstract

This article includes the analysis of three cases, în which the court passed, through the presidential decree, the misunderstandings between parents about the education of minors în general, and with the school that they will follow, în particular. The conclusion that emerges from their analysis is that such litigations can be resolved by way of the presidential order, without there being a joint legal action, aş well aş that the substantive analysis of the dispute is made on a case-by-case basis - Consider criteria such aş: distance from the educaţional unit, the minor’s school history, the attendance of the educaţional unit by several siblings, and the minor’s will.
