Abstract

Exclusive exercise of parental authority can be ordered only when one of the parents cannot take parental responsibility, not as a sanction against the parent who does not involve enough or does not involve at all in raising the child, but as a result of his/her inability to manifest his/her will, the law text listing as examples such situations, namely the death of the parent, the adjudication of incapacity or the revocation of parental rights.
