Abstract

As the legal provisions regarding the exclusion of associates do not make any distinction as to the quality of the associate of a natural or legal person, the interpretation of the provisions of art.222 par. (1) leads to the conclusion that the associate legal entity can be excluded in the same cases as the associate natural person, with no difference in the conditions, procedure or effects of the exclusion, the legal regime being the same.
