Errors in analyzing the authenticity of a signature and refusal to give signature specimens

Challenging signature on a loan contract of 2005 year determined performing two technical-scientific, it was concluded that the signature is not belong the holder of the contract.

These findings led to possibility of the review process as civil and condemnation witnesses appearing on contract, for perjury.

Expertise established but the signature certainly belongs to the contract holder, being presented numerous arguments in this regard.
