Abstract

The role of the authenticity certificate consists among other things, of the acknowledgment that the vehicle does not appear on the date of certification of authenticity as being under pursuit domestically or internationally according to the databases available to the competent authorities of Romania. As such, the certificate is issued after having performed any controls exclusively in the databases to which RAR has access and not in all databases.

The guarantee obligation for eviction works under the following conditions: in case of a de jure disorder, if the cause of the eviction is prior to sale and was not known to the buyer. The liability for eviction occurs regardless of whether the seller acted in good or bad faith.
