News from these last three months of 2023 come with the ICC International Court of Arbitration Centenary celebrations being honoured by the 31st Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot announcing in October the Problem, to be resolved by an arbitral tribunal under the ICC Rules whilst the ICC International Court of Arbitration launched on 30 October 2023 the ICC Guide on Disability Inclusion in International Arbitration and ADR offering to arbitral tribunals as well as to arbitration/ADR practitioners an extensive checklist of how one can be more inclusive for persons with a disability (disability inclusion toolkit) and including real life examples encountered in international arbitrations. ICC followed up in December with a new set of ICC Rules on Combating Corruption 2023 including reporting mechanisms for enterprises and calling for the promotion of responsible business conduct.
