ABSTRACT

On 4 September 2025, the SCC Arbitration Institute (part of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce) launched the Romanian-language version of its SCC Arbitration Rules (2023) at a seminar held in Bucharest.

The launch of the Romanian version of the SCC Arbitration Rules was accompanied by a substantive panel discussion on the SCC's role as a leading arbitral institution, the benefits of expedited arbitration and SCC Express, and practical aspects for Romanian users.
