ABSTRACT

Psychotropic drugs play a key role in the treatment of mental and behavioral disorders, helping to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from conditions such as anxiety, depression or schizophrenia. However, the inappropriate use of these drugs can lead to addiction, abuse and serious adverse effects. For this reason, strict regulation of their release is a priority for health authorities.
