Abstract

The secondment in the office of president of the city district Electoral Bureau, after drawing lots of presidents/substitutes of electoral bureaus, with a view to local elections, has not involved the suspension from the office of prosecutor, and therefore, we have been in the presence of an unusual case of secondment. To this end, according to the provisions of Article 2 para. (1) of the Government Decision no. 53/2016, during the entire period of exercise of duties regarding the organization and conduct of local elections, the institutions within which the members of electoral bureaus are employees, shall pay them the remuneration due according to law.
